About Us

Our Mission
Community Engineering and Consulting is driven by a mission to support the vital infrastructure of Eastern Washington’s small communities. We believe that every town—regardless of size—deserves safe roads, clean water, and reliable sewer systems.

Our Approach
We take a collaborative, community-first approach to civil engineering. Whether working with a small-town mayor, a city planner, or a local public works crew, we prioritize clear communication, cost-conscious planning, and long-term system sustainability.

Our Story
Founded with the belief that engineering should serve people, CE&C brings technical expertise and regional understanding to every project. With a focus on small municipalities, we provide the kind of attention and flexibility that large firms often overlook.

Proudly serving communities across Eastern Washington.
